Diagnostic description.

Female. Body size 8.7 mm, ovipositor length 7.5 mm, fore wing length 8.4 mm (Fig. 65); colouration, head black, mesosoma, metasoma legs and scape orange, antenna brown except flagellomeres 5–8 cream, ovipositor sheaths dark brown; wings hyaline except for distinct infuscation of apex 1st marginal and 4th submarginal cell (Fig. 66G), hind wing veins largely spectral, some pigmentation of Cu vein; head quadrate, width 1.4 × length, postocular space 0.5 × eye length in dorsal view (Fig. 66C), raised transverse carina above toruli absent, malar space 0.2 × height of eye (Fig. 66A); length of scape 1.5 × pedicel length, 1st flagellomere 1.2 × length of scape, 0.5 × 2nd flagellomere; mesosoma length 1.7 × height, mesoscutum in lateral view truncated antero-dorsally (Fig. 66D), length 0.9 × width in dorsal view (Fig. 66E); medial lobe transverse carinae; ovipositor guide transverse, positioned distally, ventral lobe acute (Fig. 66F); ovipositor sheath length 0.9 × fore wing length (Fig. 65); fore wing vein 2-Rs+M 1.4 × 1-Rs+M, two hamuli equidistant (Fig. 66G); metasoma pyriform, T1+T2 length 1.9 × width in dorsal view.

Material examined.

Holotype. AUSTRALIA – Victoria • ♀, "Licola, Vic., 15-11-1965, Neboiss" (MVMA)

Distribution.

The species is known only from the type locality Licola, Victoria (Fig. 95).
